When a participant asks to have their ticket cancelled because they are no longer able to participate in your event, you can take the following steps in Atleta.
- Go to Participants and find the participant that wants to cancel and click on it.
- On the right hand side of your screen, under Registrations, click on the registration that you want to cancel. You will now see a list of the participant's purchases.
- Next to the purchase that you want to cancel, on the right hand side, open the dropdown menu indicated by three dots and click Cancel. The purchase is now cancelled and the participant's spot is now available to others. Repeat this step for any purchase that you might want to cancel as well.
