Let your participants choose to do a down payment: they pay part of the total amount directly and the rest at a specified date. Your participants will be able to complete the full payment in their dashboard at any time.
Navigate to the event for which you want to enable down payments and select Down payments.
- Choose the percentage of the total amount that needs to be paid up-front
- Enter the final due date for the remainder. After this date down payments will be disabled
- Select the tickets and products you want to allow down payments for
- Click the enable down payments button
- A reminder will be sent 30, 14 and 1 day(s) before the due date if the remainder has not been paid on these dates.
