Want to show custom messages when your participants complete an order? Navigate to your event and select Settings, scroll down to Confirmation messages and insert checkout confirmation and confirmation mail messages.
Checkout confirmation
This message is shown immediately after a participant has completed the checkout (in the browser).
Confirmation mail
This message will be inserted into the middle of the confirmation mail that is sent to the participant after completing the order. This is a general message about the event. Keep in mind that people can also buy just a Product.
Optional: add extra instructions for participants to tickets and products that are shown in the confirmation e-mail.
